Animals have a special charm for me.
I love their looks.
The look is the mirror of the soul... yes, it is a "set phrase" it is true, but it is real! No portrait is complete, be it human or animal, if it does not manage to capture the look, the soul, the true "I" of that living being.
Since I was a child, I practiced drawing by copying comics from newspapers, faces of men and women mostly, but at that time I discovered that they did not "come out the same" if I did not achieve the same look.
Animals purely transmit what they are and what they have to give. Without masks.

Adoro il loro sguardo.
Lo sguardo è lo specchio dell'anima... sì, è una "frase fatta" è vero, ma è reale! Nessun ritratto è completo, sia umano che animale, se non riesce a catturare lo sguardo, l'anima, il vero “io” di quell'essere vivente.
Fin da ragazzina mi esercitavo a disegnare copiando vignette dai giornali, per lo più volti di uomini e donne, ma in quel periodo scoprii che non "venivano uguali" se non ottenevo lo stesso aspetto.
Gli animali trasmettono puramente ciò che sono e ciò che hanno da dare. Niente maschere.

La mirada es el espejo del alma... sí, es una "frase hecha" es verdad, ¡pero es real!. Ningún retrato esta completo, sea humano o de animales, sino logra captar la mirada, el alma, el verdadero "YO" de ese ser viviente.
Desde chica, practicaba dibujo copiando las historietas de los diarios, rostros de hombres y mujeres mayormente, pero en esos tiempos es que descubrí que nno me "salían igual" si no lograba la misma mirada.
Los animales transmiten puramente lo que son y lo que tiene para dar. Sin caretas.
